SCOTTISH STUDENTS WORKING ON THE ABILITIES TO DEVELOP DIFFERENT JOBS (FEBRUARY, 2018).

Primary 7 were working on the young workforce. This involved them discussing the skills and abilities that they will need for their dream job when they older. The jobs included becoming a vet, police man, doctor, social worker, footballer, teacher, forensic scientist and hairdresser.

They made a list of the skills that they already have and a list of skills they will need  to develop in order to be able to get this job when they are older. They then completed a life journey explaining where they want to be and what they want to be doing when they are 12, 16, 21, 30, 45, 60 and 80. The children really enjoyed learning about different jobs and skills.
