Youth Unemployment is a common and a current problem of most of the countries in Europe. In order to decrease the Youth Unemployment rate,we have to bring up well-competent young people who are equipped with necessary employability skills in order to get a good job. Our project BEES aims to develop these skills of pupils in an innovative way.
These are the top employability skills according to a number of surveys on the skills required by big companies:

1- Verbal Communication Skills, 2-Teamwork Skills, 3-Writtten Communication Skills, 4-Planning and Designing Skills, 5-Flexibility Skills, 6-Leadership Skills, 7-Time Management Skills, 8-Global Skills, 9-Numeracy Skills, 10-Computing Skills, 11-Self awareness, 12-Personal Impact-confidence, 13-Creativity, 14-Independence, 15-Decision Making 16-Commercial awareness. Most of these skills should be acquired at a young age, particularly at primary schools or at pre-primary level.
